Sorrow is one of those raw emotions that can be so overwhelming due to loss, disappointment, or regret. Sorrow is much deeper than sadness and is not something easily remedied.
Sometimes we linger in this stage of reflection and self discovery. Sweet sorrow represents the distress of parting and the jubilation of coming back together as when Juliet said to Romeo “Parting is such sweet sorrow”.
How would you capture sorrow? If sorrow were an image, what would it be? Maybe shades of blue, or the face of anguish or regret. The loss of something cherished and loved, something forever missed. Show us your sorrow Sunday, September, 28th.
