PERSPECTIVEThings may look pretty small or insignificant from a monkey’s perspective high above the flora sitting in the canopy.  Are the objects in question insignificant because of the frame of reference or is it just the monkey’s attitude toward those objects? There are so many different ways, interpretations and points of view on any given subject, all representing unique perspectives.

Looking at perspective in art can be absolutely mesmerizing. Creating depth, width, and height from a flat surface using your fingers, stylus, pens, pencils, brushes, etc is no easy feet.

We’ve all seen those spiders that look as though they could walk off the sheet of paper.

M. C. Escher was an absolute master of capturing perspectives from multiple vantage points in an array of mediums.

  1. You have done such a great job putting all the collages together! I just want you all who do this to know how much this monkey appreciates the hard work you put into it.
    I have been posting way too early and will keep it to what it should be time wise. I appreciate all you’ve done to help me be a good monkey,
